Non-personalized orders are returnable within 30 days after receipt of your purchase. All returns must have the printed invoice returned as well. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We will go to great measures to ensure your personalized order is exactly what you want before we ship it to you. The customer must view all personalized orders for approval. All changes must be made during this process; personalized orders are non-returnable.
